Korean-style spicy eggplant appetizer. It is prepared quickly and almost immediately the appetizer is ready to eat.

  1. Cut the eggplant into slices, boil for 5 minutes, turn over in a colander and let the water drain (15 minutes).
  2. In a blender, grind the Bulgarian and hot peppers, and garlic.
  3. Place the prepared sauce in a saucepan, add salt, sugar, oil, vinegar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  4. Place the eggplant in the sauce and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Our spicy snack is ready. Let cool and can be consumed immediately. You can put it in a ceramic / glass dish and let it brew for several hours.
