  2. Separately fry over medium heat sliced ​​eggplant in a dry pan (just lightly sprinkle with oil) on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Next, fry the pork for 20-25 minutes on low heat until cooked, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add chopped carrots, chopped onions and cook together for 15 minutes.
  5. Then lay the chopped bell peppers and tomatoes (if desired, you can pre-peel them), stew for another 10 minutes.
  6. Add fried eggplant to the finished and soft meat, mix everything gently. Cover with a lid and stew the dish for the last 5-7 minutes. During this time, the blueberries are impregnated with juice, aroma and become tender and juicy.
