Eggs fried with vegetables and meat

Fried vegetables and meats make up the "pillow" on which the eggs are cooked. The dish is served directly in the pan.

  1. Fry the minced meat in a large skillet until brown for about 4-5 minutes. Transfer the minced meat to a plate.
  2. In another non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat the oil, put the potatoes, onions and bell peppers in one layer, cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are golden brown, about 7 minutes. Then add minced meat, thyme, salt and pepper to the pan with vegetables.
  3. On a potato-meat pillow, gently pour the eggs at a certain distance from each other. Cover the pan with a lid, simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes, until the eggs are cooked to the desired degree. If desired, sprinkle with black peppercorns.
  4. Serve vegetables and eggs directly in the pan so that everyone can personally take their portion and put it on their plate.
