This is a rather spicy Abkhazian appetizer. Despite its unusual name, the dish is stuffed eggs filled with nuts, herbs and adjika.

Ingredients

  1. Combine peeled walnuts and salt in a bowl or mortar.
  2. We crush the nuts and salt well.
  3. Finely chop the parsley, cilantro, green onion and dill.
  4. Boil the eggs hard-boiled (for 10 minutes), cool, peel, cut in half.
  5. Place the egg yolks in a bowl.
  6. Add walnuts to the yolks.
  7. Then lay out the chopped greens.
  8. Add adjika.
  9. We rub everything well with a fork.
