I decided to stuff the eggs with two varieties of red fish. What to say? The first to disappear from the table were my stuffed eggs.

  1. Hard boil the eggs, peel, cut in half lengthwise. Separate the yolks from the proteins.
  2. Twist one fish in a meat grinder, finely chop the other with a knife. Chop the onion.
  3. Combine yolks, fish and onions, season with mayonnaise, mix.
  4. Fill the halves of the egg whites with the prepared filling, put on a dish.
