A very easy-to-prepare dish of eggs stuffed with squid will be an excellent appetizer for a festive table or a wonderful breakfast for the whole family.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled in boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain the water from the eggs, let the eggs cool. We clean the eggs from the shell and cut them into halves lengthwise. We extract the yolks from all the halves of the eggs. We spread the proteins on a dish in one layer. Transfer the yolks to a bowl.
  2. Boil the squid in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes. Let the squid cool and cut into small pieces. We spread the chopped squid to the yolks.
  3. Finely chop the purple onion and dill.
  4. We transfer the herbs to a bowl with the rest of the filling ingredients.
  5. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the filling. Mix everything well.
  6. Stuff the halves of the eggs with the resulting filling.
  7. Put green peas on top. Decorate the stuffed eggs with dill.
  8. Ready eggs stuffed with squid, serve. Bon Appetit!
