Classics of British cuisine are well known to all of us from books and movies. This breakfast is hearty, nutritious, and perfect for those who have a late lunch and do not like to miss the morning meal. It's also a great way to get the whole family together at the table in the morning on the weekends. It traditionally consists of fried eggs, sausages, bacon, fried mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, and croutons.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat the beans in a saucepan or in a suitable dish in the microwave.
  2. On medium heat, fry the sausages on both sides until golden. Do the same with the bacon, it should become transparent and have crispy edges.
  3. In another pan, fry the mushrooms in a spoonful of oil, without stirring, until they turn brown on one side. Remove the mushrooms and quickly fry the tomato rings in a hot pan.
  4. Put everything on a plate and finally fry the eggs. Ideally, they should be cooked so that the yolks remain soft. Add salt. Serve with fried croutons.
