  1. Rinse all vegetables well under running water.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake whole unpeeled vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, eggplants and onions) on a baking sheet for 30-40 minutes, until they become tender.
  3. Then place the hot peppers in the bag.
  4. While they are steaming and preparing to skin, peel the onions, eggplants and tomatoes. This can be done without much difficulty.

  7. Combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, finely chopped onion, garlic, feta and capers in it.
  8. Season the salad with the prepared sauce and stir.
