Festive salad with pineapple

Pineapples are a versatile ingredient in almost any salad. Pineapples add an exotic yet unobtrusive note and make any salad festive. This appetizing salad with pineapples, beans and vegetables is juicy, crispy and very tasty.

Ingredients

• Canned pineapple - 5-6 rings
• Canned corn - 5-6 tbsp. spoons
• Boiled beans - 1 cup
• Sweet red pepper - 1 pc.
• Cucumber (large) - 1 pc.
• Boiled carrots - 1 pc.
• Blue onion (small) - 1 pc.
• Lean mayonnaise - 5 tbsp. spoons
• Green onion - 3 feathers
• Dill greens - a small bunch
• Lettuce - for decoration
• Salt - 1 teaspoon (to taste)

Directions

1. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
2. Cut fresh cucumber into cubes.
3. Cut boiled carrots into cubes too.
4. Sweet pepper also cut into small cubes.
5. Cut the blue onion into thin half rings, finely chop the greens.
6. Mix all ingredients. Add lean mayonnaise, salt to taste.
7. It is better to serve a festive pineapple salad with a culinary ring on lettuce leaves to make a beautiful portion.
