Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into thin feathers, add a few drops of apple cider vinegar, a pinch of sugar and salt. Leave to marinate while we work on other ingredients.
  2. Cut cucumbers and bell pepper into thin long strips.
  3. Peel the ripe avocado and cut into slices (if the avocado is ripe, then the skin is well removed by hand).
  4. Cut red fish into slices.
  5. Lettuce cut or tear with your hands.
  6. Roast the sesame in a frying pan.
  7. For the sauce, mix vegetable oil, honey, mustard and soy sauce, beat well with a fork.
  8. Harvest the salad just before serving, otherwise the leaves and vegetables will dry out. Mix lettuce leaves, cucumber and bell pepper in a bowl, adding a little sauce. Put a part of lettuce leaves on a plate, fish and avocado on top, lettuce leaves again, fish and avocado. Pour dressing over salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve the salad immediately.
