For those who look after the figure. Cupcakes are not very sweet, do not think that this is a pastry bomb. :)

  1. Soak the raisins for 30 minutes. Grind it very finely in a blender.
  2. Add egg, yogurt and beat well.
  3. Add flakes, bran and soda. Mix.
  4. Sprinkle the molds with semolina, put the dough in the molds.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  6. For the filling: if you have granular cottage cheese, beat it in a blender with a spoonful of milk or yogurt. Add vanillin to it.
  7. Cut the muffins into shortbreads, put the filling. If desired, you can add berries or berry syrup to the filling.
