A simple, healthy and delicious dish! Suitable for everyday life and for any festive table. You can serve it alone or with any side dish.

  1. Prepare all ingredients. If you have a whole fish, then prepare it first and cut it into steaks, 2-3 cm thick. Any fish will do, I have a char.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, pour with lemon juice and set aside for now.
  3. Chop all vegetables randomly and combine in a deep bowl. Slicing can be absolutely any, most importantly - not too finely so that the vegetables retain their shape, crispness and taste.
  4. Add salt, Provencal herbs or any other spices and olive oil to the vegetables. Stir.
  5. Place vegetables in an ovenproof dish.
  6. Lay the fish on top, as if covering with vegetables on all sides. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 45 minutes (or until the vegetables are desired).
