The recipe is dedicated to all adherents of dietary and simply healthy nutrition! Flounder is baked with soy sauce, lemon and garlic in a roasting sleeve. It turns out deliciously delicious!

  1. First, we cut the fish. Cut off the fins and head, remove the insides.
  2. Pour soy sauce on the flounder, squeeze lemon juice on it. Put thinly chopped garlic on top. We leave the fish for 15 minutes. Then we shift the flounder into the baking sleeve, together with it we send the leftover lemon into the sleeve. We make a small hole in the baking sleeve so that the air can escape. We bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
