You can combine ice cream with fruits, berries, cheese, biscuits, and other pastries. Trust your taste, experiment and you will find the right combination of ingredients.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour ice water into a deep bowl, and add a few ice cubes to reduce the temperature as much as possible.
  2. Pour plain water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Make a cross-cut at the bottom of each peach. When the water boils in the pan - dip the peaches in boiling water for 15-20 seconds. Immediately remove and transfer to a bowl of ice water. This is necessary to facilitate the removal of the peel from the fruit.
  4. Peel the peaches then cut the fruit in half and remove the stone. Arrange the halves on a plate and sprinkle with 2 tbsp. l. powdered sugar. Refrigerate to cool.
  5. Beat the raspberries with a blender. Grind through a sieve to filter the bones. In the resulting mass, add the remaining powder and beat again with a blender.
  6. Serve the dish: put peach halves on a plate, and pour raspberry sauce. Add a scoop of ice cream next to it.
