Delicious creamy ice cream and without any chemicals. Do it for only 30 minutes, wait longer until it hardens)) Sugar decide for yourself how much to take, for me 100 grams was sweet.

  1. Boil the milk in a ladle (with the addition of vanilla), cool, add 3 yolks and sugar.
  2. Mix and cook in a water bath, over low heat, stirring constantly. We bring the mass to the state of condensed milk! It may take 10-15 minutes for this (it took me 25 minutes). We cool the mass.
  3. Whip cream until stiff peaks.
  4. Carefully combine both masses and put everything in the freezer for about an hour.
  5. After an hour, we take it out of the freezer, mix everything again at low speed. If desired, you can add ground walnuts and lay out the future ice cream in molds and again put everything in the freezer until completely solidified. I have frozen everything in large containers.
