French puree soup is an exquisite but very simple dish. I think that every housewife can easily find all the necessary ingredients in her refrigerator to make this soup.

Ingredients

  1. Wash, peel and cut all vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Pour oil into a saucepan and send to fry the onion until transparent.
  3. Then add potatoes to the onion. Stir the vegetables constantly so that they are thoroughly saturated with oil, lastly, put the garlic in the pan.
  4. Add a spoonful of tomato paste. Then mix everything well, add water to barely cover all the vegetables and cook over medium heat until cooked.
  5. When the vegetables are ready, beat them with a blender until smooth.
  6. Then add a spoonful of butter and half a glass of milk to the resulting mixture, if the soup turns out to be too thick, add another half glass of milk. Bring the mixture to a boil, salt and remove from heat.
  7. Serve hot soup with white croutons. Bon Appetit!
