Fresh vegetable salad

This salad is suitable for absolutely all dishes. But you need to cook it just before serving, otherwise chopped vegetables can give juice.

  1. Let's first wash all the vegetables and herbs, then dry them with a paper towel.
  2. Cut lettuce leaves and cilantro and place in a deep salad bowl.
  3. Chop the dill and add to the salad bowl.
  4. Parsley, also chop and put to the greens.

  6. Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into half rings and send to a salad bowl.
  7. Chop the olives and red peppers and add to all the vegetables.
  8. Dress the salad with vegetable oil and lemon juice.
  9. Season with soy sauce and mix the salad well.
  10. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds before serving.
