  1. To begin with, we prepare the products: cut the pumpkin into medium cubes with a side of 3-4 centimeters, and disassemble the broccoli and cauliflower into inflorescences. Pour water into a saucepan, and when it boils, lower the inflorescences into it for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour a small amount of oil into the pan and fry the pumpkin in it for 5-7 minutes, and then add broccoli and cauliflower. Cover the pan with a lid and fry over low heat until the vegetables are almost ready.
  3. Now cut the bell pepper (preferably of different colors) into small pieces. We put it in the pan with the rest of the ingredient and add the peas. Fry everything together for several minutes, and at the end of cooking, salt and pepper, mix. Now drizzle with vinegar or lemon juice.
