Fried chicken liver salad with pickled onions

Want to cook chicken liver in a new way? Prepare it in the form of a salad with pickled onions. Salad with chicken liver is prepared as easy as shelling pears. It consists of only three main ingredients - chicken liver, onion and mayonnaise. Pickle the onion beforehand to remove bitterness. Salad can be eaten on its own or with any side dish.

  1. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  2. Pour the onion with boiling water (200 ml) and leave for 10 minutes. Then we drain the water. Onion again pour boiling water (100 ml). Add vinegar to the onion. Let marinate for one hour.
  3. Drain the onion in a colander and let the water drain. Squeeze the onion lightly.
  4. Cut the liver into medium pieces.
  5. Fill the liver pieces with milk and soak for 1 hour.
  6. Heat up a frying pan with oil and put the pieces of liver there. Fry the liver for 3-5 minutes on each side.
  7. Cool the liver and cut into small pieces.
  8. We connect the liver with pickled onions. Salt and pepper. We season with mayonnaise. We mix.
  9. Fried liver salad with pickled onions is ready. Bon appetit!
