The most simple and so beloved by many dish is fried eggs. Preparing the perfect fried egg with delicate protein and silky liquid yolk is a snap and even a novice cook can do it. Whatever one may say, classic scrambled eggs for breakfast are always a great idea! And if you fry eggs in butter, it will be even tastier!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. It is better to take homemade eggs, large, with bright yolks.
  2. Choosing a frying pan - the size of the pan should correspond to the number of eggs. If the pan is large and there are few eggs, then the protein will spread along the bottom in a thin layer and it will turn out to be very dry.
  3. Put butter in a dry cold frying pan and set on fire above average. Melt the butter.
  4. Gently break the eggs and pour them into the pan at some distance from each other, being careful not to damage the yolks. You can first break the egg into a bowl, and then pour it from the bowl into the pan (so we can be sure that the shell fragments will not get into the eggs). Fry the fried eggs over low heat for about 3-4 minutes, until the protein is completely set, the yolk should remain liquid. So that the yolk does not drag on with a white film, but remains bright, it is better not to cover the pan with a lid.
  5. To get a denser protein, you can literally pour a spoonful of water into the pan and cover the pan with a lid, but no more than a minute. At the same time, the white will set well, and the yolk will remain bright and liquid.
  6. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, salt the eggs, moreover, only the protein, since white spots will remain on the yolk from the salt.
  7. Then we transfer the finished scrambled eggs to a plate using a wide spatula.
  8. If desired, you can fry bread in the same pan. Put the slices of bread in a frying pan and fry over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
  9. Serve with fried eggs to the table with slices of bread, garnishing with herbs if desired.
  10. Bon Appetit!
