Fried keto cabbage in italian style

A simple and sophisticated dish in its own way. It incredibly harmoniously combines tart cabbage, juicy basil and salted beef. Impossible to resist!

Ingredients

  1. Chop the cabbage on a coarse grater, or chop it with a food processor or knife.
  2. Melt half the butter in a large skillet. Add cabbage and sauté for about 10 minutes until tender.
  3. Add vinegar, salt, onion powder and pepper. Fry for another 2-3 minutes. Transfer the cabbage to a large bowl.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add garlic and onion and sauté for a couple of minutes.
  5. Add minced meat and fry until tender.
  6. Add tomato paste and mix thoroughly. Reduce heat slightly and add cooked cabbage and fresh basil to the meat. Fry until tender, stirring regularly.
  7. Serve with sour cream or mayonnaise.
