  1. Boil mushrooms. To do this, put honey mushrooms in a saucepan, cover with cold water and put on medium heat. Bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for 15 minutes. After that, drain the water, rinse the mushrooms, fill it with cold water again, salt and cook for 1 hour. This is done in order to get rid of all heavy metals, which fungi very easily absorb from the soil. Catch the finished mushrooms from the water.
  2. Rinse the meat, cut into portions, put in another saucepan and cook for 40 minutes, removing the foam.
  3. Add diced potatoes to the broth and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. In a frying pan, fry finely chopped onions and carrots grated on a coarse grater.
  5. Send the boiled mushrooms, fry and chopped paprika to the soup and cook for 10 minutes. Remove soup from heat, serve with sour cream. Bon Appetit!
