Nice fruit salad.

Ingredients

  1. thoroughly peel fruits and pits. Peel grapefruits from membranes. Slice. Sprinkle the pears with lemon juice so as not to darken. Put everything in a bowl except the bananas.
  2. Peel the inner half of the vanilla pod into a glass of sugar syrup, then pour into a bowl. Add a pinch of vitamin C if possible. Mix gently. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  3. Shortly before serving, peel and chop the bananas into a bowl, before mixing for the last time. This is because the bananas soften and turn brown quickly after they are peeled.
