  1. Peel an orange, remove the stones, and cut them into medium pieces.
  2. Peel a banana, and cut it into mugs.
  3. Peel apples and kiwi and cut them into cubes.
  4. Wash the grapes, dry them and cut each berry into two parts.
  5. Mix all the fruit, pour lemon juice, cover with plastic wrap, and put in a cool place.
  6. While the fruit cools and juices, cook kozinaki.
  7. Dry the almonds in the oven.
  8. Separately in a saucepan cook the caramel, mixing sugar and a little water. It should turn golden brown.
  9. Add warm almonds to the caramel, mix well and place on a heat-resistant sheet greased with oil. Level the surface and leave it to harden.
  10. Alternatively, you can mix caramel with almonds, then you will not get kozinaki, and sweet caramelized nuts.
  11. Before serving, chop the kozinaki with a knife and sprinkle with fruit. Add your favorite ice cream to the fruit.
