Gazpacho salad with poultry meat

Gazpacho vegetable soup, a popular Spanish dish, is served chilled (with ice cubes) and traditionally served in a wooden bowl with a wooden spoon.

Ingredients

• Mayonnaise - 200 g
• Thick sour cream (cream) - 200 ml
• Tomato pesto sauce - 4 tbsp.
• Vinegar (balsamic) - 1 tbsp. l.
• crushed garlic - 2 cloves
• Green onion, chopped - 12 pcs.
• Fresh basil, chopped leaves - 1/3 cup
• Sweet pepper, baked, peeled, chopped - 2 pcs.
• Fresh cucumber, large, long, peeled, chopped - 1 pc.
• Cherry tomatoes, cut in half - 250 g
• Crackers (small cubes) - 2 cups
• Boiled turkey (chicken) meat, pieces - 800 g
• Black olives - 100 g
• Fresh parsley, chopped herbs - 1 tbsp. l.

Directions

1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, tomato sauce, vinegar, garlic, green onion and basil in a bowl. Add half of the indicated amount of sweet peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and croutons. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix with meat.
2. Arrange the salad on a platter. Top with the remaining peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons. Garnish with olives and parsley. Bon appetit!
