Surprisingly delicious homemade ginger ice cream contains only real, natural ingredients based on milk and fresh ginger. Now we have something to eat for dessert.

  1. First of all, you need to clean the ginger. Then cut it as thin as possible. Then boil in milk for about 20 minutes. Remove the decoction from the fire, be sure to strain it.
  2. Separate the yolks from the protein, beat them with sugar until white.
  3. Add the beaten yolks to the strained milk. At the same time, quickly and intensively mix them with milk for 10 minutes. Then strain the resulting mixture through a sieve.
  4. Now cool the mixture and combine with finely chopped candied ginger. Be sure to mix well, as making ginger ice cream will only be delicious if all the ingredients are well distributed in the mixture.
  5. Prepare portion molds into which pour the cooled mixture, and then send it to the freezer. It will take at least 4 hours for the ice cream to completely harden.
