More and more people are choosing a gluten-free diet. Especially Hollywood stars. Wheat, rye, oats and barley should be excluded from your diet. So my gluten free pancakes are made from rice flour.

  1. Mix all ingredients except vegetable oil. Knead the dough.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Pour some dough into the skillet.
  3. Fry on both sides until the gluten-free pancakes are browned.
  4. Serve the gluten-free pancakes with honey or jam.
