Greek Basil Salad

Basil is one of my favorite herbs that I use in a wide variety of dishes. I would like to present to your attention a simple recipe for Greek basil salad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash cucumbers, dry and chop coarsely.
  2. Remove the stalk and seeds from the pepper.
  3. Cut into strips or squares. Cut the tomatoes into wedges or medium-sized slices.
  4. Chop the onion into half rings.
  5. Grind the washed and dried basil.
  6. Do the same with other herbs.
  7. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon. Cut the feta into cubes.
  8. Put all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl, season with lemon juice and butter. Add the pitted olives, salt, pepper and oregano. Mix. Serve immediately!
