From our experience, almost no child refuses Greek salad. Probably because it is so colorful and fresh. And if you serve it in the form of boats or on skewers, be sure: the children at the party will eat more than just sweets.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and remove the septa. Cut each half in half more.
  2. Cut the cucumber into slices, the tomatoes into halves, the feta cheese into cubes, chop the onion and garlic.
  3. Combine oil, lemon juice, oregano, onion, garlic and salt.
  4. On skewers, string a circle of cucumber, half a tomato, cut up, then cheese and olive. Stick the skewers into the pepper boats.
  5. Place the boats on a large plate and top with the dressing.
