Green Bean Soup

Light dietary soup made from green beans and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  1. The first step is to peel and cut the potatoes.
  2. Bring the soup water to a boil.
  3. Salt.
  4. Throw potatoes into a saucepan, cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the peel from the tomato.
  6. Chop the tomato, onion and garlic.
  7. First fry the onion until half cooked.
  8. Add tomato.
  9. Put it out for a couple of minutes.
  10. Cut the green beans into chunks.
  11. Add to soup and cook for another 10 minutes.
  12. Season the soup with onions and tomatoes, add garlic, herbs, ground black pepper.
  13. Boil for a couple more minutes and the soup is ready. Enjoy!
