A healthy, delicious and very easy to prepare salad with green radish and carrots at home - a great option for a light dinner.

  1. Prepare vegetables, wash thoroughly, peel radishes, carrots and apples. Finely chop the dill and green onions.
  2. Grate the radish on a square grater, this is usually used for Korean vegetables.
  3. Grate the carrots.
  4. Rub the peeled apple.
  5. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add a pinch of salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise, dill and green onions
  6. Stir and the salad is ready! Serve freshly prepared. Bon Appetit!
