A grater and a few fresh vegetables are all you need to make a green radish salad. The salad turns out to be light, vitamin, dietary - as befits a vegetable salad.

  1. Peel the radish and grate. I use a Korean carrot grater to make the salad look more sophisticated.
  2. Grate the carrots on the same grater. Place all products in a bowl.
  3. Add randomly chopped greens to a bowl with carrots and radishes. Chop the smoked bacon.
  4. Combine all the ingredients of the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Season the salad with oil.
  5. Serve the salad to the table, garnished with a sprig of parsley. The salad tastes better when served chilled. The salad dressing can be replaced with sour cream. The salad will be juicier, but also more nutritious.
