  1. Place all of the nut mix ingredients in a blender bowl and pulse into coarse crumb.
  2. For dressing, mix olive oil with honey, vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the tahini and turmeric and stir well. Pour 2-3 tbsp. l. water to make a dressing of medium density.
  3. Put the peas in boiling salted water and boil until tender, 5 minutes. Throw in a colander and pour over with cold water.
  4. Pick up the lettuce leaves in medium pieces. Cut the cucumbers into thin semicircles. Combine lettuce with cucumbers and peas, pour over the dressing and sprinkle with nut crumbs. Chop the feta with a fork and sprinkle on the salad before serving.
