Sorrel and Cilantro Green Soup Recipe is an incredibly tasty and healthy soup.

  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients for making the soup.
  2. Rinse the vegetables thoroughly, peel the potatoes, rinse the rice. Next, put a pot of water on medium heat, bring to a boil and add washed rice, as well as diced potatoes. After 5-7 minutes add finely chopped celery and salt!
  3. While the vegetables are boiling, let's make a delicious dressing.
  4. To do this, use a blender to grind and mix the following ingredients: cilantro, mint, hot pepper, ginger, coriander, lemon juice, half a teaspoon of salt and a little water.
  5. The ingredients should make a homogeneous mass.
  6. Transfer the resulting dressing to a saucepan with vegetables and rice.
  7. Then finely chop the sorrel. We only use sorrel leaves to make the soup.
  8. After adding the dressing to the soup, add chopped sorrel, seeds, olive oil.
  9. And let the soup simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.
