Greens and tomatoes salad

A salad of herbs and tomatoes at home is quick and easy to prepare, but it turns out to be very tasty. I supplement it with eggplants, but they can be replaced with zucchini and fresh carrots - try it!

  1. Cut the eggplants into thin circles and fry them in spices without or with minimal oil. Leave to cool a little.
  2. Cut the tomato into slices. We spread lettuce and tomatoes on a plate, on top - slightly cooled eggplants. Chop the garlic and sprinkle on top of the dish.
  3. Next - cut the cheese into cubes, and chop the greens finely, and sprinkle the salad on top. Fill with dressing to taste, mix and serve!
