Cooking juicy and delicious grilled turkey fillet in orange marinade. The recipe is suitable for both the festive table and the everyday menu. The citrus marinade goes well with tender white meat, giving it a piquant sweet and sour note.

  1. Wash the meat, clean it from the films, cut into portions 1 cm thick.
  2. Transfer the turkey pieces to a deep bowl. Combine the juice of half an orange and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mix. Pour the resulting mixture over the meat.
  3. Add salt and spices to taste.
  4. To make the turkey fillet aromatic, add parsley and basil, as well as garlic and ginger root cut into slices.
  5. Mix and leave the meat for 30 minutes to marinate. You can marinate the turkey for longer, in which case the dishes with meat should be covered with foil and refrigerated.
  6. We heat the electric grill to 180 degrees. Grease the grill plates with the remaining vegetable oil. Place the pieces of turkey fillet on the grill.
  7. Close the grill and fry the meat for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  8. The turkey fillet will be served immediately after cooking with vegetables or your favorite side dish.
