Diet minced fish cutlets with the addition of apple and cottage cheese are tender and tasty, and due to steaming they are also very healthy!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. The oil should be soft at the start of cooking, so you need to get it out of the refrigerator in advance.
  2. Soak dry bread in milk or water.
  3. Cut the hake into fillets: cut off the fins, remove the entrails and ridge, remove the skin.
  4. Peel a fresh apple, core and chop coarsely.
  5. Grind the prepared hake fillet in a blender.
  6. Squeeze the bread out of the liquid and transfer to a blender bowl. Add chopped apple and cottage cheese there. Grind to get a homogeneous mass.
  7. (You can use a meat grinder to turn food into minced meat by passing everything together through the middle wire rack two or three times.)
  8. Combine minced fish with cottage cheese and apple mass.
  9. Add the egg and softened butter to the minced meat. Salt.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Form cutlets from cooked minced fish with wet hands and put on the steamer wire rack.
  12. Cover and steam the cutlets for 25-30 minutes.
  13. Diet hake cutlets are ready.
  14. Garnish the cutlets with mashed potatoes and serve.
  15. Bon Appetit!
