Hedgehogs on potatoes

Ingredients

• Potato
• Minced pork
• 2 small bulbs
• Fig
• Salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

Directions

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
2. In the minced meat, grind 1.5 onions, add boiled (not quite) rice, salt and pepper.
3. Download minced meat balls.
4. Another 0.5 onions cut into small pieces and fry until golden brown in oil.
5. Add potatoes and fill with water, salt.
6. Bring to a boil and lay out the "Hedgehogs".
7. Cover and simmer over low heat until almost cooked to put the greens.
