  1. Wash and peel the meat. Pour water into a saucepan, add all spices and salt, bring to a boil. Cool. Fill the meat with water and send in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Turn the meat once a day if the water does not completely cover it.
  2. Before roasting, wipe the pork with a paper towel, grate the ham with marjoram and pepper, use a cotton thread to give the meat a good shape of the ham, pack in a sleeve for baking. Put in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 1.5 hours. Fifteen minutes later, cut the sleeve completely to make the ham fried. Take it out of the oven and leave it to cool.
