For those who have an ice cream machine, it is simply a sin to buy it in the store. Ice cream can be prepared differently each time, using various additives: chocolate, cookies, fruits, berries ...

  1. Rinse the strawberries, dry, cut the stem. Leave 100 g of strawberries, it will need to be cut into pieces.
  2. Place 340 g of cooked strawberries in a blender.
  3. Place cream cheese (Philadelphia, for example) in a blender.
  4. Send the cream there.
  5. Add sour cream to a blender.
  6. Whisk everything until smooth, then add freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  7. Pour sugar and a pinch of salt into a blender.
  8. Whisk well.
  9. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and cook according to the instructions.
  10. While the ice cream is cooking, prepare the supplements. You can, of course, do without them. This is not for everybody! So, sweet tooth, thinly cut the remaining strawberries, sprinkle with sugar and send to the freezer.
  11. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, adding a spoonful of heavy cream.
  12. Lubricate cookies or crackers with melted chocolate. Then send it to the freezer as well.
  13. 5 minutes before the end of the preparation of ice cream in an ice cream maker (usually the process takes 25 minutes), add the cooked strawberries to the bowl.
  14. Break the frozen chocolate-covered crackers into pieces and add to the ice cream maker as well.
  15. Stir again and freeze in the freezer.
  16. Make a wonderful homemade ice cream! Bon Appetit!
