  6. When the potatoes are cooked, we take them out and put them in a blender. We do not pour out the water, it will be useful to us later. If you used bay leaf, now you need to remove it.
  7. Grind the finished potatoes and mushrooms in a blender.
  8. Then pour the resulting mass back into the pot where the potatoes were cooked. Mix thoroughly, bring to a boil, then turn off the stove.
  9. Now the final touch - add cream (milk is also suitable), mix again and leave on the stove for a few more minutes.
