Ingredients

Directions

  1. The products that you will need to have on hand to cook this culinary masterpiece can be found in any store, supermarket or market. To begin, prepare pork, ribs, rinse them under running cold water, pat dry with paper towels and place on a cutting board. Then with a sharp knife clean them from the hymen, if any, and remove the small bones on the cut ribs. Cut the ribs across between the bones so that there is a roughly even layer of meat on both sides of the ribs. Put them in a deep glass dish or any other deep dish and make a marinade.
  2. Peel the garlic with a knife and squeeze it through a garlic press directly into a deep plate. Then add the required amount of honey, ground black pepper to taste and oyster sauce. Whisk the ingredients until smooth. It is not necessary to salt the resulting marinade, as oyster sauce is quite salty and tastes like soy sauce.
  3. Fill the pork ribs with the resulting marinade so that the liquid mass is completely covered. If the marinade is small and it does not completely cover the ribs, prepare another serving or add honey until you are sure that the pork ribs are completely covered with the marinade. Cover the dish with a tight lid and put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 160 - 170 degrees. After 12 hours, remove the pikeperch with marinated pork ribs from the refrigerator and open it. Then, in turn, place each rib on aluminum foil and grease the top with the remaining marinade with a cooking brush.
  5. Wrap the ribs in foil so that there are no cracks and the honey marinade could not leak. Tightly lay the wrapped ribs on a non-stick pan with the seam facing up and place it in a preheated oven.
  6. Bake the pork ribs for 30 minutes in a closed foil, periodically opening the oven and turning them over with a kitchen spatula. This process is necessary so that the pork juice and fat mixed with the honey marinade constantly flow around the ribs, and not at the lower level of the foil, which can burn the marinade. Then open the stove and make a small incision with a sharp knife on the surface of the foil to get steam, pork ribs could be fried on top and covered with a beautiful ruddy crust. Bake them in the open for 10 minutes, then remove the pan, using a kitchen towel, allow the ribs to cool slightly and gently separate them from the foil with a fork. Put the honey ribs on a large flat dish and taste ahead!
  7. Honey ribs with garlic are served hot, placed on a large flat dish, very often they are decorated with slices of fresh vegetables and herbs. In restaurants, this dish is served without unfolding the ribs of foil, along with baked potatoes in the same marinade. Honey ribs can be the main dish of your table, which you can supplement with a salad of fresh vegetables, stewed or baked vegetables, mashed potatoes, boiled or baked potatoes. For an everyday table, honey ribs will go perfectly with buckwheat porridge, boiled rice or spaghetti. This dish is nice to taste with sweet wines of different varieties, and for fans of a sober lifestyle, delicious pomegranate juice is suitable. Delicious and not expensive!
  8. Bon Appetit!
