  2. Next, we three cheese on a coarse grater and in the middle of each square of pita bread we make a small cheese slide.
  3. Put chopped sausage, a slice of tomato and mushrooms on the cheese, add a little mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle everything with cheese on top again.
  4. We wrap the edges of the pita bread to the center.
  5. And we fold it in an envelope.
  6. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it. Fry the sandwiches over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
