Ice cream and cookie dessert

There are many options for making ice cream desserts. There are desserts with ice cream, the recipes for which are very simple. And there are whole culinary masterpieces, such as multi-layered ice cream cakes.

Ingredients

• 30 pcs. Oreo double cookies;
• 1 kg of ice cream;
• 50 g of butter.

Directions

1. Grind the cookies in a blender bowl to a fine crumb. Pour in the melted butter, and mix well.
2. Cover the bottom of the detachable form with a sheet of parchment. Spread a crumb of cookies in a thick layer. Compact well with a spoon or the bottom of a glass. Send in the freezer for half an hour.
3. Let the ice cream stand for 10 minutes at room temperature to make it a little softer. Then remove the base of the cake from the freezer and spread the ice cream evenly. Decorate the top of the dessert with crumbs or whole cookies.
4. Leave the ice cream and cookie dessert in the freezer until completely frozen - about 2 hours. Before serving, let the dessert stand at room temperature for 5 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve.
