  1. Separate the proteins from the yolks. Leave the egg whites in the refrigerator to cool and pour the yolks into a bowl.
  2. Add powdered sugar to the yolks. Beat with a blender until smooth.
  3. Heat the cream over low heat until the first signs of boiling. When bubbles appear on the surface, carefully pour the yolks into the pan. Stirring constantly, wait for it to boil, but do not boil (!). Cool.
  4. Beat the egg whites and salt until thick.
  5. Combine egg whites and yolks, pour in the vodka, and beat with a mixer.
  6. Freeze in the freezer for 5-6 hours, do not forget to stir from time to time.
