Indian Salad is a hearty vegetarian salad made with asparagus. It is prepared in just 4 steps, and eaten in an instant!

  1. Finely chop the asparagus and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Then add finely chopped apple and beans (preferably without liquid) to the salad bowl to the asparagus.
  3. Then grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and finely chop the greens. Add the ingredients to the salad bowl. Salt and pepper.
  4. Add 4 tablespoons of sour cream and mix everything well. Salad ready!
