Instant Spicy Cucumbers

Bright, crispy, moderately spicy cucumbers - well, who doesn't love them!

Ingredients

• Cucumbers - 400 g
• Onion - 1 medium-sized (60 g)
• Water - 200 ml
• Salt - 1 tbsp. l.
• Sugar - 1 tsp
• Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.
• White mustard seeds - 1 tbsp. l.
• Ground turmeric - 0.5 tsp
• Bay leaf - 1 pc.

Directions

1. Cut the cucumbers into circles, about 4 mm.
2. Onion cut into half rings.
3. Prepare the marinade: mix water, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, mustard seeds, turmeric and add bay leaf. We send it to the fire until it boils.
4. Boiling marinade pour cucumbers with onions, cover and leave to cool.
