  1. In a bowl, mix thoroughly the ground beef, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, salt and spices. Wet your hands in water to prevent the minced meat from sticking to them. And form it into meatballs weighing about 30 grams.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Fry the meatballs on it until golden brown.
  3. Simmer the heat and place the canned tomatoes in the skillet. Simmer the dish over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Season it with pepper and salt to your liking. Add finely chopped parsley and stir.
  4. The cooked dish can be cooled and frozen for later use.
  5. Melt the butter in a separate skillet. Fry the spinach on it for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the spinach on the meatballs and stir.
  6. Cut the mozzarella cheese into small pieces. Sprinkle it over the cooked dish and serve.
