The Italian Chicken Breast Salad is a very simple and healthy salad that's packed with vegetables and a delicious dressing. After itself, the salad leaves a feeling of satiety and lightness.

  1. Rub the chicken fillet on all sides with salt, pepper and chicken seasoning.
  2. Fry the chicken on the grill or in a grill pan on both sides until a delicious golden brown crust is formed. If there is no grill, then simply fry in a skillet over high heat. Then wrap the chicken in foil.
  3. Rinse the lettuce leaves thoroughly and dry with a paper towel.
  4. Cut the cherry in half.
