To prepare such an Italian salad, it is not at all necessary to be an Italian chef, Italian salad is prepared very simply and all products are available.

  1. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and black pepper. Mix well with a whisk or fork. Lightly grease the chicken fillet with this mixture, cover the meat with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Set the rest of the dressing aside.
  2. Lightly oil the grill grate and turn on the grill to preheat to medium heat. Put the chicken fillet on the grill, close the grill with a lid and cook the chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side.
  3. Lightly brush the bread slices with the remaining dressing (about 1 tablespoon) and place on the grill, fry for about 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Cut the chicken fillet into slices, and the bread into cubes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, beans, basil and bread cubes. Drizzle with remaining dressing and mix well. Put this mass on serving plates, put the chicken on top.
  6. Serve the Italian salad immediately.
